Refund Policy

Straightforward terms for trials, subscriptions, and refunds — no fine-print games.

Summary

We want you to pay for Gesta only if it's delivering value. This policy explains when you're eligible for a refund and how to request one. If anything here is unclear, just ask — we'd rather sort it out than leave you guessing.

The short version

14-day free Pro trial, no card required. Monthly plans are refundable within 7 days of a charge. Annual plans are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Free trial

Every new workspace gets a 14-day Pro trial with no credit card required. You won't be charged unless you choose to subscribe. If you don't subscribe, your workspace simply moves to the Free plan when the trial ends — nothing to cancel, nothing to refund.

Monthly subscriptions

If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of any monthly charge. After 7 days, the charge for that month is non-refundable, but you can cancel to avoid future charges. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

Annual subscriptions

Annual plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Request a refund within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, we offer a prorated refund for the unused, complete months remaining on your term, less any discount that was conditional on the annual commitment.

Enterprise agreements

Enterprise contracts are governed by the refund and termination terms in your signed order form or master services agreement, which take precedence over this page. Contact your account manager for anything related to an Enterprise plan.

How to request a refund

  • Email billing@gestahq.com from the address on your account, or use our contact form.
  • Include your workspace name and the approximate date of the charge.
  • We review every request within 2 business days and, once approved, issue refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What isn't refundable

  • Charges older than the windows described above (except prorated annual terms).
  • Usage-based overages and add-on credits that have already been consumed.
  • Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
